We offer three different services, for different situations and levels of need:
COHORT
This 6-month, full-time, face-to-face intensive programme is for those who are after a significant transformation. This structured programme suits those needing to work closely with a Navigator and with like-minded peers. It is for those who need support to re-engage in learning and in participating in the world. It’s also for those who are unclear about their future direction. The COHORT initiative is our cornerstone offering based on extensive research.
CO-WORKING
This offering is for brilliant neurodivergent youth who work well independently, but need the right environment to do so. It suits people learning via correspondence, home schooling or university, who want a place they can belong to and get extra support from. It also suits rangatahi who are getting started on setting up their own business or portfolio career. It’s ideal for graduates from our COHORT initiative, but we welcome applications from others as well.
The COACHING initiative is for talented, neurodivergent rangatahi who are outside of the Auckland region and not able to visit our site in Newmarket, or for those who are just outside our target age range of 16-19 years. This offering is best suited to those who have left or have disengaged with school and are wanting support to clarify next steps for their future.
